TDIC Projects

My partner Naser Abdul Salam Al Marzouqi and I researched about Qasr Al Sarab which is one of the TDIC’s projects. You can look at our PowerPoint about its amazing and best features posted below. The project now is under construction and they estimated to be done in the next two years. It will be a good destination for the one who likes the nature and desert because it will be located in the deep of the Liwa desert.

There are many projects but the one which I felt in favor is Qasr Al Sarab. Some people might against my opinion because it’s far away from city center, indeed it’s the best place for the one who likes to escape from the hubbub and pollution of the city. In Qasr Al Sahab, there will be many of leisure facilities such as luxury health spa, which is different than others spa because it’s tucked into tranquil yards with trickling fountains and aromatic hanging gardens. There will be an observatory to see the awe-inspiring Liwa night skies in addition to the tented village where the guests will be able sample traditional desert pursuits including falconry.

On the other hand, the least interesting project was Desert Islands because Dalma and Sir Baniyas Islands are nature and the other six islands will be man made islands which are going to destroy the coral life in that area. Another thing which I don’t like is that the budget for this project will be huge which about AED 11.5 billion.

In conclusion, it’s good to build all those huge projects because it will increase the economy and offer many of the job opportunities. However, most of the TDIC projects will be built in Abu Dhabi Island which will increase the traffic and pollution in addition to increasing the crimes because it will be the destination for multi nationalities.
